Investment memorandum

Decree of the Governor № 33 of 16.01.2013 "On approval of the investment memorandum of the Vladimir region.

Memorandum establishes the principles of cooperation between state authorities and entrepreneurs, defines obligations of the CEO of the region on execution and protection of the rights of investors, as well as guarantee of security of entrepreneurial and investment activity in the region.
