Free provision of land ownership

Lands, owned by the Vladimir region, for the construction of production are provided free in charge of Russian legal entities and individuals whose are recipients of investment activity state support and implement strategic investment projects in accordance with the Law of the Vladimir region from 02.09.2002 № 90-RL"On state support of investment activity in the form of capital investment in the Vladimir region.

Recipient of investment state support - investor implementing approved investment projects in the Vladimir region.

Investor become a recipient of state support after approval of the investment project.

Form of state support of investment activity in the form of free provision of land ownership is only possible for investors implementing strategic investment projects.
